Future Home of the Ames Laboratory Access Grid Node.

The projection area will extend from edge of the bump out next to the door below (where the pipes are now) to the edge of the bump out next to the window in the second picture. The distance between the bump outs is 18 feet and will be furred out with metal studs and drywalled before covering with the projection surface. The rest of the walls will remain as is. The overall room dimensions are 22 feet by 18 feet.

We expect to house the node hardware in the back corner where the screen is below. The bump out in the middle is a pipe chase so cables can be run from the node hardware up above the ceiling.

View of the ceiling. The large (old) projector will be removed and a bar will be placed in about the same location parallel to the projection wall and long enough to attach all three projectors. I don't believe that the lights will be in the way, but I will likely ask that they be raised up to the ceiling level. The bar will be 9-10 feet from the projection wall.
